Sweatshop Coffee

This post could be filed under "Late To The Party" since Sweatshop opened over a year ago- however, after my first vist to the cafe this month, it has quickly became one of my go-to spots.
Aussie charm abounds at this welcoming space launched by graphic designers Luke Woodard and Ryan De Remmer. They run their graphic design company The Sweatshop Collective in the back of the cafe too.
Aside from the incredible Counter Culture Coffee, the real star at Sweatshop is the Avo Mash, which is an avocado toast unlike any other:
A special mix of avocado, feta, citrus, and mint is piled high on a beautifully thin slice of sourdough and topped off with a sunny side up fried egg, then sprinkled with spicy crushed red chilies and drizzled with avocado oil. Say what? It's the stuff cravings are made of.
A cozy community table and makeshift milk crate two-tops provide perfect areas to work or relax. There is also merch and apparel. All-in-one cafe going!
